At Grecian Jewelry, each piece is designed and crafted with care and intention. As the maker behind the brand, I’m committed to delivering high-quality work and a smooth customer experience. The information below outlines our policies on returns, exchanges, and warranty coverage to help you shop with confidence.

Returns & Exchanges
If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and in its original packaging
Custom-made or personalized pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange

How It Works:
Email grecianjewels@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return
I’ll confirm your eligibility and provide return instructions
Once I receive and inspect the item, I’ll issue your refund or ship your exchange

Custom Orders
All custom and personalized pieces are final sale. I’ll work closely with you during the design process to make sure the final piece is something you’re excited about before it’s created.

 
Warranty
All items purchased from Grecian Jewelry are backed by a lifetime warranty for issues resulting from normal wear and tear.

What’s Covered:
Tarnishing (repaired as needed)
Repairs for any item sold, regardless of the issue
Loose or detached components caused by everyday use

What’s Not Covered:
Damage from accidents, misuse, or improper care
Lost or stolen items
Alterations or repairs performed by third parties

Shipping for Warranty Repairs:
You’re responsible for shipping the item to Grecian Jewelry
I’ll cover return shipping once the repair is complete
To request a repair under warranty, please email Grecianjewels@gmail.com with your order number, a short description of the issue, and a photo if possible. I’ll get back to you with next steps.
